Remove NodeView from Aboutcode-Manager

The nodeView has been deemed an inadequate way to view and manipulate large amounts of data. Typical AboutCode-Manager workflows often incorporate large amounts of data, so the nodeView will be removed. We may reexamine this feature if there is renewed community interest.
