Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(mobile): disabled send button is readable in Material
 You dark

The disabled composer action drew the onPrimary icon over a 15% primary
tint. onPrimary is dark in dark schemes, so the arrow nearly vanished.
Use the Material 3 disabled colors instead: onSurface at 12% for the
container and 38% for the icon.
