CTE Supported?

I looked through the code but maybe I missed something 🤞
Trying to achieve:
SELECT * FROM foo WHERE id=(SELECT fk_second_reference_id FROM bar WHERE fk_reference_id=$1)
But it's not generating, is this possible?
