P1: SES unbounded email storage — no size limit or TTL #666

Summary

b.emails slice grows indefinitely with every SendEmail — no size limit, no cleanup, no TTL. Persistence snapshot grows unbounded.

Also: O(n) GetEmailByID — linear search through all emails (should use map for O(1) lookup).
