allow terminals with empty prefix #93

it is common for showing result of running a code to use an invisible character as terminal prefix. this can be rather inconvenient due to invisible characters not being particularly easy to type / copy around, so perhaps having a special value for --term that would enable terminal with empty prefix would help.
