  Problem Description:

  Deployment of CortexFlow is by running a cli which deploys static manifests to a kubernetes cluster which are not editable until they're on the cluster. Since these manifests contain extended privileges this is a fairly dangerous action. While the privileges are required during development they should be very obvious to the cluster operator in manageable manifests on the repo.

  Additionally deployment with a CLI tool to kubernetes is not gitOps friendly.
