[CLI]: Add a context command to switch between environment #211

  Problem Description:

  The CLI relies on a Configmap to store the blocklist, also the command line primarly calls the connect_to_client function (see essentials.rs)

  Solution:

  Add a new command called set-context. The command will be used to change the context from kubernetes and Docker as follows:

  • cfcli set-context kubernetes (also k8s can be supported)
  • cfcli set-context docker
