Thank you for sending your pull request.
But first, have you included unit tests, and is your code PEP8 conformant? More details

Summary

Align the install guides with the Python version OctoBot actually requires.

Solve the issue: #___

Changelog

  • Pip, source, and CentOS install docs now say Python 3.13 instead of 3.10.
  • The same correction is in the French copies of those guides.
  • The node package README prerequisite now says Python 3.13.

What's new?

setup.py sets python_requires to >=3.13, and CI runs on Python 3.13. The pip install guide, the local source install steps, and the CentOS compile recipe still told people to install Python 3.10 (including the 3.10.11 source tarball). Those pages now point at Python 3.13.16, which is the current 3.13 source tarball on python.org. The node developer prerequisite line is updated the same way.

Docs only. No behavior change.

install docs still told people to use 3.10.
