Verify.DiffPlex 3.2.0+ floors the transitive Verify core package at >=31.18.0, which is newer than what the pinned Verify.Xunit 31.12.5 (the latest published version) was built against. Resolving Verify to 31.24.1+ breaks VerifyXunit.Verifier's access to the internal Guards.AgainstBadSourceFile method, failing every Verify-based test with a MethodAccessException. .packageguard/cache.bin, github-repositories.bin, and github-responses.bin were committed in the same change that added .packageguard/*.bin to .gitignore, so git kept tracking them anyway. PackageGuard rewrites cache.bin on every run, which leaves the working copy dirty by the time the later VerifyLlmsTxt target checks for a clean checkout, failing it with an unrelated "out of sync" error. Reverts the previous untracking: keep .packageguard/*.bin checked in and drop the gitignore rule for them, refreshed for the 2.11.2 upgrade. With the cache committed and matching the current package set, PackageGuard's run no longer rewrites it, so the working copy stays clean for the later VerifyLlmsTxt check.
