- LICENSE: CC BY 3.0 for the specification, with the Submission clause, IPR Policy link and IAB Tech Lab disclaimer. Replaces the placeholder. - LICENSE-CODE: Apache-2.0 for scripts/ and .github/workflows/. - CONTRIBUTING.md, GOVERNANCE.md, README.md: licence and IPR wording to match. - Comment period dates (2026-09-22 to 2026-10-22) in README, docs/comment-process.md and spec/CHANGELOG.md. - Spec: version/date line and licence paragraph under the title. - schema/README.md and README: note that schemas are coming.
- README: link iabtechlab.com/AAMPv3 in the header table. - README: the maintainer note no longer refers to the licence placeholder or to the repository being unannounced. - GOVERNANCE.md: revert to main; it will be updated with the governance names.
- docs/repo-setup.md: drop pre-announcement wording; mark visibility done. - docs/disposition-log.md: status now says the period is open. - docs/comment-process.md: maintainer note covers the remaining TBDs. - GOVERNANCE.md: banner no longer says the repository is unannounced; link the IAB Tech Lab IPR Policy. Names and decision rule stay TBD.
