Problem
With large text block characteristics (e.g. 3em), paragraphs containing a list
show the list marker outside the content area, and the TinyMCE frame cuts off
the text while editing.
Change
paragraphs, max(15px, ...) keeps standard paragraphs unchanged.
ghost that sizes the TinyMCE frame gets the characteristic.
