[Bug]: mergeLegacyConfig & withDefaults drop customAnalyzers and integrations from getConfig() #259

Bug Description

In src/config/migration.ts, mergeLegacyConfig maps fields from stored configuration to KDMConfig:

Notice that integrations and customAnalyzers (defined in KDMConfig in src/config/schema.ts) are completely omitted from the returned object.

In src/config/store.ts:

Because mergeLegacyConfig(stored) drops customAnalyzers and integrations, and withDefaults does not restore stored.customAnalyzers or stored.integrations:
Any call to getConfig() strips customAnalyzers and integrations.

In src/ui/InitialDashboard.tsx:

Even if a user saves custom analyzers to the configuration store, getCustomAnalyzers() always returns an empty array []!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a custom analyzer: kdm custom-analyzer add test-rule --command "echo '[]'".
2. Launch the interactive dashboard: kdm.
3. Open the Custom Analyzers sub-screen by pressing u.
4. Observe that the configured rule is missing because getConfig() dropped it.

Expected Behavior

mergeLegacyConfig and withDefaults must preserve customAnalyzers and integrations from stored config:

customAnalyzers: stored.customAnalyzers,
integrations: stored.integrations,

Actual Behavior

customAnalyzers and integrations are discarded upon reading config.
