Some upstreams refuse downloads from GitHub's runners (Swisscom's download page answers 403, see #64). Their sources go as assets into a release tagged sources-<package>, and PKG_SOURCE_URL points there.

publish.sh processes every non-draft release and verifies the attestation of each asset. A source release has none, so it would fail every run and block all newer releases. publish.sh now skips tags starting with sources-. lf-promote.yml (prereleases only) and scan-vulnerabilities.sh (<package>-<digit> tags only) already ignore such a release.

CONTRIBUTING describes the procedure.
