Update livesplit-core to the latest master, bringing in LibreSplit metadata and game time support, the Detailed Timer timing method fix, and timer text scaling. Implement the newly required Auto Splitter Settings method in the desktop command sink. Return Unsupported because the server protocol has no corresponding command to forward to the web timer, and link the follow-up in LiveSplit/livesplit-core#964. Refresh the npm lockfile to the latest compatible versions within the existing dependency ranges.
