Dataset class and dataloader for MIMIC-ECHO dataset #1998
Description
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for DataLoader and Dataset class implementations for the MIMIC-ECHO dataset, including preprocessing steps (such as removing ECG graphs and numerical overlays from ultrasound videos).
If anyone knows of any resources, I would be very grateful! Thanks in advance.

nothing like that ships in this repo — mimic-echo is hosted on physionet as its own project. check that project's files/forum for loaders; video overlay removal is usually custom (opencv/ffmpeg), not provided here.
