Summary
Adds IBM Bob as a supported agent harness. Follows the existing provider convention established by Claude, Codex, Cursor, and agent-plugins: directory layout (
.<provider>-plugin/plugin.json,mcp.json,skills/), sync script wiring, and README pattern.Testing
