[Bug] Update with different signature not recognized if not latest version code

Describe the bug

Catima switched to reproducible builds. Suddenly, Neo Store does not do updates anymore.

1. Installed Catima 2.44.0 from F-Droid (in my case done in Droid-ify)
2. Look at the Catima page for updates

Seems the be the exact same bug as Droid-ify/client#1420

Expected Behavior

Neo Store should recognise that "Version 2.45.0 (F-Droid)", version code 1001 is compatible as it uses the same signature. It however doesn't say anything about updates being available.
