[REQ] Support for Angular V22

Angular v22 was released a few days ago (June 3, 2026) if I'm not mistaken.

That's not completly true as new applications are zoneless by default from now on.

But nevertheless, it is still not possible to compile a client, yet. To be fair, the generation of the files is working but not build a client.

When I set "ngVersion": "22.0.0" and try to run npm install inside the generated code it fails
