Describe the improvement
The Small and Medium Company Playbooks contain copies of the self-certification questionnaire. This represents a maintenance burden. I suggest that the copies be removed, and replaced with a reference to the questionnaire instead.
Additional context
As the Security spec gains more ground, we will want questionnaires for both specs. That already gives us two documents to maintain and to keep approximately in sync. If we include the license-compliance questionnaire in a Playbook, why would we not include the security questionnaire too? And then the whole thing spirals out of control and civilisation collapses, etc.
Expected behavior
Remove the questionnaire and add a link to it/them in the reference section.
