CMake warns about deprecations of some policies

Issue: During running ProjectTool.py Cmake warns about deprecated attributes being used:

CMake Deprecation Warning at ThirdParty/assimp/contrib/zlib/CMakeLists.txt:8 (cmake_policy):
The OLD behavior for policy CMP0048 will be removed from a future version
of CMake.

and this one:
