Without this fix, non diagnostic type warnings are created during the execution of Test-ModuleManifest cmdlet

Shall we suppress all the warnings or only if the user is using older version of PowerShell as described in #138 ?

We will have to have a rule for using deprecated manifest properties. The idea he is to not emit non-diagnostic output.

I will open another bug to cover validation of deprecated manifest properties.
