This is a known shortcoming of the way that we've implemented table drag & drop. What we would want to do here is to have a more granular update of the content that does not roundtrip through blocknote JSON. It should be a prosemirror only operation, it was just more convenient to do in the blocknote API instead.
Same happens when you add a row or a column.

What’s broken?
When a column or row is moved, the comments in the table are deleted.
What did you expect to happen?
Comments stay attached to their text when a column or row is moved.
