Amalgamate powershell module files into one single file

How to install

this tool can be compiled and then installed globally using the following command:

dotnet pack
dotnet tool install --global --add-source ./PSAmalgamate/nupkg PSAmalgamate

Note: keep in mind that this requires to have the dotnet tool directly available in your path.

you can run without any arguments to get the help message:
