Move the deployment guide unchanged into
server/docs/deployment.rstand link it from the server README. Keep the existing Sphinx page as an include, preserving thedocker.htmlURL, headings, anchors, commands and environment-variable references. Exclude the guide from the core source distribution and Docker build context.Validation: Sphinx builds with warnings treated as errors; the rendered Docker page is byte-for-byte identical before and after the move. All 2,863 collected pytest/Sybil IDs are unchanged. Full pre-commit and pre-push checks, including CI partition validation and check-manifest, passed.
