Towards #3738.
Move synthetic cloud-database, VuMark and Model Target credential creation into
vws_mock_test_backends.mock_credentials. Backend selection delegates to these factories while keeping real credentials in the real adapter and preserving fixture names, backend IDs and credential values.Validation: 503 existing tests passed with 243 backend skips; the installed-wheel consumer passed. AST comparison preserves the factory expressions and all other fixture definitions. Full pre-commit/pre-push checks and Pylint passed.
