@MaJuRG Not sure if this is relevant re the Travis build failure, but after I ran etc/release/release.sh and examined the scancode and deltacode thirdparty/prod/ directories, scancode's had more items -- I only replaced updated versions for items I found in deltacode, did not add new items from scancode to deltacode. The counts:

C:\code\nexb\dev\deltacode\thirdparty\prod had 188 items

C:\code\nexb\scancode-toolkit\dist\scancode-toolkit-2.9.1\thirdparty\prod had 201 items

@johnmhoran Yea there are a few missing; it fails to configure on MacOS. Ill add the missing ones and push to this branch.
