Consider new category for modified FOSS licenses

There are times when an existing FOSS license is modified it a little (see some Apache modifications for instance). It could make sense to report this as a new category

Marking them as "variant" or "aberrant version" would be helpful.

So in general, we do not track specific license keys for these. Instead we return them as proprietary-license and if there is a dedicated key the category is also proprietary. I think this is satisfying. Closing now.
