--summary does not use spdx notation

It would be nice if the --summary option would report licenses using spdx short identifiers (if applicable).

This is still a problem. A recent scan of e2fsprogs-1.45.4 using scancode-toolkit-33.2.2 contains this in the results:

"summary": {
    "declared_license_expression": "(gpl-2.0 AND lgpl-2.0 AND bsd-new AND mit-old-style-no-advert) AND (gpl-2.0 AND lgpl-2.0)",

but this is not followed by an spdx rendering.
