Wrong mapping with OGC-1.0

Scanning https://github.com/oracle/visualvm/blob/master/THIRDPARTYLICENSE revealed (among others) OGC-1.0 which is not used in this file. The string "ogc" does not exist in this file.

For reference the current develop branch gets these license_expressions:

• apache-2.0
• unknown-license-reference
• apache-2.0
• apache-2.0
• apache-2.0
• bsd-new

in develop.yml.txt

and the upcoming add-license-detection branch get this expression:

• apache-2.0 AND bsd-new

in add-detection-branch.yml.txt

This is correct and is a massive improvement ;) by @AyanSinhaMahapatra the license wizard!
