A scan of duende.identityserver.7.2.0 using scancode-toolkit-32.3.3 is not detecting LicenseRef-scancode-duende-sla-2022 https://scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org/duende-sla-2022.html but instead returning various unknown licenses. Note that this duende project has a LICENSE file with the following text that probably needs a new Rule:
