Description

It is basically a 3-clause BSD with some extra things added. Currently Scancode sees it as:

I think this clause makes it a Source-available license (even though 100,000 is a really high number):
5. Commercial use of the software is limited to 100.000 (one hundred thousand)
devices, unless a separate agreement with AVSystem is made.

Please investigate the detection rules.

Please also note that the Copyright difference at line 3 in the older version of the license is not material from a license matching perspective.
