False positive elastic-license-2018

License is wrongly detected in https://github.com/RoaringBitmap/RoaringBitmap/blob/master/RoaringBitmap/src/main/java/org/roaringbitmap/ArrayContainer.java

Tested with Scancode 31.2.6 and 32.0.7

There is still a problem with this. There are a couple of lines, 778-779, in the README.md file that contain:

[license img]:https://img.shields.io/badge/License-Apache%202-blue.svg

SCTK reports Line 778 as unknown-license-reference even thought the referenced file LICENSE-2.0.txt is in the same directory (the top level of the project) as the README.md and is clearly an Apache 2.0 license text.
Interesting that it reports the license of the "svg" file correctly.
