A recent scan of postgresml-2.8.1.tar.gz from https://github.com/postgresml/postgresml/archive/refs/tags/v2.8.1.tar.gz returned a Declared holder of author J.R.R. Tolkien which was simply some text from a code sample in the README.md whereas the correct holder is clearly provided in the file MIT-LICENSE.txt as Copyright (c) 2022 PostgresML Team.
