Missed license detection

The scancode is not scanning the licenses properly. Here are the file paths and license details that are missed from scanning. Attached the package as zip which is scanned and result JSON also for reference.

We are using scancode in Linux machine and every time we are downloading the source from git.

Again, this particular file is not part of flask. I am puzzled why you are adding random files to packages and then try to scan it.

That being said, it seems that there is a license reference missing:

./flask-3.1.1/src/flask/TC25-01.c - contains the text of BUSL-1.1 (scancode key: bsl-1.1).

..a file with "c" suffix indicates to me that it is a source code file in the C programming language. I don't understand what these file are doing in flask (as @armijnhemel already has pointed out)?

I cannot find any references to any of the files. From where does the attached ZIP file come from? Do the files exist outside of the attached zip file?
