Scan of Effort.jl-0.4.1.tar.gz fails to recognize the Julia language

Effort.jl-0.4.1.tar.gz_scan.zip

A recent scan of https://github.com/CosmologicalEmulators/Effort.jl/archive/refs/tags/v0.4.1.tar.gz returned generally good results but it reported the primary language as null, and the project is clearly written in Julia, as indicated with 100% at https://github.com/cosmologicalemulators/effort.jl/tree/v0.4.1
