• always create a redirect from old to new doc when renaming or moving files
• OR, check across all the repos for possible dead links and also update the doc there

I checked this and the old URL now points to:

https://scancode-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/stable/getting-started/contribute/contributing-docs.html

Since the broken link appears in VulnerableCode rather than ScanCode itself, would you prefer adding a redirect in ScanCode (using sphinx_reredirects) or fixing the reference only in the VulnerableCode repository?

I’m happy to submit a PR for whichever approach you prefer.
