Infer `bug_tracking_url` and `code_view_url` from `vcs_url` for major code hosting platforms

Hi @AyanSinhaMahapatra, I've opened PR #4944 to address this

it adds the post-parsing step to infer bug_tracking_url and code_view_url independently. I also made sure it handles standard git@ SSH formats and strips git+ prefixes so the final generated links resolve correctly in the browser
