Multiple contributors detected as single author

Description

For the asaskevich/govalidator/README.md file ScanCode multiple contributors defined at the end of the file as a single author. It's also dropping the last author on the list.

  • Maybe this deserves a dedicated ticket/solution because declaring multiple contributors in package.json is standard. This bugs probably occurs for every package that declared multiple authors. I've verified that at least hightlight.js, remark-html, unified, unist-util-is, vfile suffer from this problem.

These npm packages also suffer from this problem, considering the origin of these packages I assume it will be the case for all https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped packages (I have not tested this).
