Add custom extra fields to some outputs such as SDPX

Here are some fields that could be added to an SPDX document output (considering T/V output) and would help make this output personalized and more readily usable without editing:

• Document Information
  Possibly for some custom DocumentComment

• Creation Info

  • Creator: Organization:
  • CreatorComment:

• Package

  • PackageName:
  • PackageVersion:
  • PackageSupplier:
  • PackageSummary:
  • PackageSourceInfo:

@pombredanne I've had a look at the spdx package in the site-packages folder. Where do we grab values of these fields like the PackageSupplier, PackageSourceInfo, etc from ?

@yash-nisar we do not grab them afaik. Since this data is not available in a scan. We cuold add options to provide them though I guess
