ScanCode 2.9.0b1 hangs on sqlite-autoconf-3220000/sqlite3.c from https://www.sqlite.org/2018/sqlite-autoconf-3220000.tar.gz

The error message is "ERROR: for scanner: copyrights:\nERROR: Processing interrupted: timeout after 120 seconds."

I had the same issue with ScanCode 2.2.1.
The problem is the size of the file sqlite3.c, it's almost 7 MB.
Increasing the timeout to 5 minutes (--timeout 300) solved the problem for me.

Result: LicenseInfoInFile: LicenseRef-public-domain
