Questionable accuracy of results for base debian slim image

I have concerns about some of these results on just the base debian-slim image.

For example, results for libstdc++6

Actually I have the image id in the scan !

For reference we are tracking all these related issues in #103 "meta issue: Improve Debian package reported license"
Also the detection with the latest scancode.io has changed:

1. we have a new bug where we do not detect at all anymore the copyright for libstdc++6 ... this is because this copyright file is a link to the gcc-10-base copyright and that we stopped extracting links which was a problem BUt is creating this new problem
2. the license detection has evolved and been improved in ScanCode toolkit and therefore the set of detected license is better

For instance, we had these licenses detected for the gcc-10-base copyright file in your scan:
