Create a new set of pipelines steps for the binary to source analysis for C/C++ and WinPE./COFF on Windows using strings and symbols

To complete this feature we had the following PRs/items:

• https://github.com/aboutcode-org/source-inspector Source symbols parsing from C/C++ source files was already added
• Use py-tree-sitter-swift v0.0.1 and support py3.13 source-inspector#36 Added tests for C/C++ symbols parsing and released source-inspector
• Add binary symbols parsing for winpe and macho binary-inspector#2 Get symbols from windows winpe binaries using blint (uses lief and symbolic internally)
• Add d2d symbols matching for winpe macho binaries #1674 Add a new pipeline step to match symbols from windows related source files to binaries

This is available as a new optional step in the deploy_to_develop pipeline: Windows (you can select this through the UI or pass this as an option when using the API/CLI: deploy_to_develop:Windows )
