Introduce in the resources filterable fields: has_source_symbols and has_binary_symbols which are only populated on d2d projects for resources which has source_symbols or binary_symbols extracted successfully and added to extra_data. (and also show these in the UI view for relations similarly like we show the unmatched resources on the to/from side)
