Add new details view by license

The same way we have package (and the related resources and licenses) and resources (and the related packages and licenses) listings, it would be useful to have a licenses and/or license expressions listing (and the related resources and packages)

Design wise, this would mean having a list view that is by license expression and for a start could provides links to a package that has such license (we could expand later to the resources of a package... but not sure that would be useful.

Alternatively, another design could be to have a license/license expression filter in resources and packages list views

A new "Resources detected license expressions" panel was added in the project details view.

It does not entirely address this issue, but It's a base that we can expand further into a more complex independent list view.
