Adjust order of fields in Results xlsx file

The current order of fields in the results.xlsx file is sub-optimal for reviewing the data in the context of using the data for planning an SCA project. I have attached an Excel file with some proposed changes. The changes are for two reasons:

• Update field display names to provide better context, singular vs plural content, etc.
• Re-order fields to promote the most commonly used fields to the left.
  I have highlighted the "promoted" fields and field name changes in italics.

It looks good to me. The only complain that I have is I see 2 "authors" in the Proposed Resources column.
I like how you rename to the "dependency_purl" as it is more clear and self-explained.

The fields ordering was adjusted 3 days ago in a6c0431 to follow the ordering of ScanCode-toolkit.

I agree with the comments made above by @chinyeungli
We should, of course, try out the new ordering mentioned by @tdruez

and who knows where this comment will show up in Slack, if at all ...
