Display of 1200 packages list takes too much time

It can take a couple minutes to display the list of packages found in a project for a 1200 packages list. It should be almost instantaneous IMHO as this is a small, short list.

In terms of solution, we could avoid displaying the details of Package resources and just a count liking to a Resource filtered page or to the Package resource tab. This is to be discussed though.
