UI: Enable sorting the packages list by the number of resources

In the web UI, I would like to sort the packages list by the number of resources present in each. It is useful as spurious matches often have few matched files and are matched to the same number of files.

Added. We may have to start thinking about denormalization of the counts if the performances are impacted by those additions.
