Overview
Updates the lockfile so the dev dependency Prettier resolves from 3.9.5 to 3.9.8 (package.json still allows ^3.7.4). No source or config changes—only npm install / CI will pick up the newer formatter.

The jump includes patch releases 3.9.6–3.9.8 (e.g. Markdown Liquid-in-paragraph handling in 3.9.8, Angular 22.2 and Markdown list fixes in 3.9.7). Format output may shift slightly for affected Markdown or TS/JS edge cases when running lint / pretty.
