Adds JAIPilot as an authenticated ACP agent for six Java testing outcomes: generate tests, improve coverage, fix failing tests, stabilize flaky tests, test current changes, and lock existing behavior. Outcomes are exposed as modes, configuration options, and slash commands with an explicit class, path, line-selection, or repository scope.

The entry pins JAIPilot ACP v1.2.0, built from 2d858f707d47cc89f02d53a38cf7ef769d6202f4. This release replaces the bundled Deno/V8 runtime with a small native Go executable. The adapter requires no Go, Node.js, or Deno installation. Binary ZIP archives and SHA-256 hashes cover macOS Intel/Apple Silicon, Linux x86-64/ARM64, and Windows x86-64. The entry includes the required 16×16 monochrome currentColor SVG icon.

A JAIPilot account, subscription/credits, Git, and the project's existing JDK/build tools are required. Browser sign-in is advertised as Agent Auth. The client must support ACP terminals. Commands require client permission and execute locally; rejection stops the workflow, cancellation and timeouts kill and release terminals. Selected paths, project metadata, the text request, and approved command output go to JAIPilot's managed model service. Custom MCP servers must be disabled. Persistent sessions, images/audio, and the CLI's experimental 100% coverage outcome are unsupported. See the pinned IntelliJ setup guide.

Verification

  • Source checks passed on Linux, macOS, and Windows: Go race tests, real Java baseline/regression checks, process cancellation, official MCP/ACP SDK checks, installer corruption checks, and syntax/whitespace gates.
  • Release workflow passed on five native runners. Every published ACP ZIP passed its checksum and official SDK initialization/authentication checks. The standalone CLI and npm release package were installed on all five platforms; Homebrew was installed and tested on macOS Intel/Apple Silicon and Linux x64.
  • Full online registry dry run passed in the repository's canonical Docker environment: 43 agents validated, including JAIPilot v1.2.0. Schema, pinned versions, icon, and archive URL checks passed.
  • Registry verify_agents.py --auth-check --agent jaipilot --clean passed in the canonical isolated Linux Docker environment against the published native archive: jaipilot-login(agent). No account credentials were supplied to the container.
  • The native managed-service smoke test remains pending a fresh account sign-in. The published verification covers actual Java commands and packaged protocols, with fixture service/client responses for model interactions.

AI assistance

JAIPilot skill used: jaipilot-maintainer-intent for registry policy and duplicate-submission review. Codex assisted with implementation, testing, packaging, and submission.

Host model identifier: not exposed by host. Reasoning effort: not exposed by host. Host execution mode: Codex local workspace. Agent service mode: JAIPilot managed model service with approved local IDE terminals.
