   In the end, I had this in my pipeline:

   - run: echo "$ANDROID_HOME/build-tools/34.0.0" >> $GITHUB_PATH
   

   Could be nice to have it in setup-android.

   I have something similar in my own workflow, but I had to go a little further because I also need the emulator, ADB, etc. For anyone else's reference, looks like this:

             echo "ANDROID_AVD_HOME=/home/runner/.config/.android" >> "$GITHUB_ENV"
             echo "PATH=/usr/local/lib/android/sdk/cmdline-tools/latest/bin:/usr/local/lib/android/sdk/platform-tools:/usr/local/lib/android/sdk/emulator:$PATH" >> "$GITHUB_ENV"
